Bonito del Norte comes from the Bay of Biscay during the Bonito Coast, captured respecting traditional fishing gear, respecting Marine Reserves and sustainable fisheries management. After a careful selection of the Bonito, it is cooked and finally packaged in whole loins covered with unbeatable olive oil.
