Australian delivery

We deliver within Australia. International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery is included on orders of $39 or more. For orders below $39, delivery costs $14.95 to NSW and ACT, $17.95 to VIC, QLD and SA, and $19.95 to WA, TAS and NT. All amounts are in Australian dollars. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared subject to stock availability. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. If an order is delayed or cannot be supplied, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund where applicable.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a delivery goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription boxes are delivered according to the frequency selected at checkout. The delivery charge for each recurring order is disclosed with your subscription. Manage future deliveries through your subscription account or contact us for help.
