Shopping with Westmont Pickles

These terms apply to purchases from the Westmont Pickles online store. Contact orders@westmontpickles.com for order assistance. Our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Product availability can change. We will contact you if an order cannot be supplied, or a material pricing or product-description error affects it, to agree a correction or cancellation and any refund due.

Our box builder sells boxes of six jars in your selected mix. Nut and Snack Pickle packs are optional add-ons; the pack size and quantity are shown before purchase. Images illustrate the products; packaging may change. Check product descriptions and the supplied labels for ingredients, allergens, storage and use instructions. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Subscriptions

A subscription is optional. When you select one, you authorise recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout. Selected recurring add-ons are included with each box until changed or removed. Your subscription continues until cancelled.

You can manage future deliveries, edit your mix, pause or cancel through your subscription account, or contact us for help. Make changes before the next order begins processing. We will confirm what can be changed for an order already being processed. We will notify you of material changes to future subscription prices or terms before they apply, so you can decide whether to continue.

Delivery and order problems

We deliver within Australia under our Shipping Policy. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items to us so we can investigate. Refunds and other remedies are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Using the website

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Website content belongs to Westmont Pickles or its licensors; permission is required to reproduce it except where permitted by law. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Updates

Updated terms will be posted here. The terms applicable when an order is placed continue to apply to that order, subject to any rights under law.
